Lilly Mills is an Australian off-spinner from the Sunshine Coast who began her professional journey with Queensland before moving west in search of greater opportunities. She made her WBBL debut for Brisbane Heat in 2019-20, but featured only once across her two seasons with the club. Mills made her Queensland debut late in the 2020-21 season and made an immediate impact, taking three wickets in the final against Victoria a week later.
Her career gained momentum after joining Perth Scorchers ahead of WBBL|07, where she quickly established herself as a key part of the attack and formed an effective spin partnership with Alana King. A year later, Mills relocated permanently to Perth and signed with Western Australia, finishing as the state's leading wicket-taker in the 2022-23 season with 20 wickets from 12 matches.
Mills' consistency in domestic cricket has also earned her several Australia A call-ups. She claimed 13 wickets for Western Australia in the 2025-26 WNCL season and was selected for Australia A's 2026 series against India A, featuring in the first unofficial WT20I in New Chandigarh in September.
